Brief

To concept and facilitate the Team Away Day for the Risk Division of the global accountants and consultancy firm PwC.

...of a number of team building exercises and formats.

Development

...of two creative workshops, centred around graffiti and cooking, designed to break boundaries, improve communication and build team spirit.

Event production

...to venue-find as well as design and equip the space ready for our workshop leaders (world-class graffiti artists & leading chefs).

RESULT

A unique and imaginative corporate event format that asked team members to express themselves as a unit in unusual ways and that playfully coerced them to communicate creatively in baking classes by blindfolding, ear-muffing and muting certain guests.

Vastly improved engagement between the teams was the feedback from the senior management team.
