Conceptualise, operate and launch a new restaurant & bar as a joint venture with pioneering property company The Collective, in the world’s largest co-living building, The Collective Old Oak.

...of concept, space, aesthetic theme, brand identity & menu offering, based on a consumer demographic that included transient millennials, local residents and foodie out-of-towners.

... of both brand and operations guidelines as well as effective recruitment & staffing to provide a friendly, forward-thinking, efficient team who understand The Collective's sharing ethos.

...of stock, budget, financial control, health & safety; all operational systems and processes.

...via events programme, partnerships, Press/ PR, OOH, digital & in-house social media.

RESULT

A restaurant, bar & terrace called The Common delivering tasty, sustainable, seasonal and reasonably priced food and drink that is 'Simple, Sharing, Evolving', all day & every day. Available for Delivery, Drop Off (in the building) & Collection via our App and a subscription model in the making for 2017.

Included in this offering is The Common Slice - the freshest wood fired outdoor pizza oven with bar - popping out pizzas all year long & popping off parties all through the summer. From the open plan kitchen our team also provide catering to an Event Space and run private parties.

Through our offering and through free & ticketed events we bring locals and residents together, making use of the many skills and talents of the community as well as investing in the vibe via our network of music makers & chefs.
